MonoSol Duneland is a state of the art manufacturing facility located in Portage, IN. The original project, a 85,000 square foot facility, completed in 2015 included office and manufacturing areas. In 2017, The Ross Group returned to add 9,000 square feet of office space above the current office area. In 2018, The Ross Group completed a building addition providing MonoSol’s with an additional 114,000 square feet of manufacturing area to support their growing manufacturing facility.
