The Ross Group, through its related entities, acquires real estate throughout Northwest Indiana which is net-leased or substantially net-leased to tenants on a long term basis, typically 10 years or more, ranging from $500,000 to $3,000,000.

The Ross Group, through its related entities, purchases real estate in Northwest Indiana which is net-leased on a long term basis to corporate tenants. The Ross Group acquires real estate as a principal buyer in traditional sale and leaseback transactions, as well as through build-to-suit transactions, and development lease arrangements, or other customized agreements, ranging from $500,000 to $3,000,000.
