Since 1994 The Ross Group has been completing construction projects throughout Northwest Indiana and the Chicago land area. ArcelorMittal is the world’s leading steel company. The Ross Group has had an ongoing relationship with Arcelor/Mittal’s East Chicago and Burns Harbor facilities since our company inception in 1994. The Avalon Manor Banquet Facility
Originally designed as an elegant 22,200 square foot banquet facility built by The Ross Group, is the largest freestanding banquet and meeting center in Northwest Indiana. Since its opening The Ross Group has added to the original facility to increase the size to 30,000 square foot. More Photos
Town of Chesterton Central Services Complex
Effective space planning was the key to helping Chesterton, IN officials streamline operations and consolidate street, utility and municipal offices in one Central Services Complex. Overseeing Phase I, The Ross Group oversaw the construction of salt and equipment storage facilities for Phase I. More Photos
Dyer Indoor Soccer Arena
The Ross Group designed and built this 35,000 square foot indoor soccer arena and pro shop. A few years after it was completed, we expanded the facility to almost double the original size, adding a second indoor soccer field. A short time after that, we added on yet again to include an indoor tennis facility. More Photos
I/N Tek I/N Kote
I/N Tec I/N Kote was experiencing leaks and other issues with their aging EIFS system. They asked The Ross Group for recommendations. We designed and installed factory foam exterior insulated metal panels. This change solved all the issues that the owner was experiencing and provided a more aesthetically pleasing building.

MonoSol – LaPorte Facility
The Ross Group was instrumental in the design and construction of Monosol’s LaPorte Indiana facility. By planning for Monosol’s growth patterns we built a production facility with flexibility to expand as an integral aspect of the design. Two year later that planning pay off, The Ross Group doubled the size of the facility to a 80,000-square-feet building. More Photos
MonoSol – Reroof
Monosol was experiencing leaks in their current roof system. They called Ross Roofing, a division of The Ross Group, to investigate. There was aging within the current roof system causing leak throughout the roof. Ross roofing decided to remove insulation from around the roof drains and install-tapered insulation in its place. People's Bank Headquarters
A 38,500 square foot corporate headquarters housing the Bank's Loan Center, Operations, Accounting, Information Technology, and Audit and Risk Management areas, as well as the Bank's Administrative offices, including Senior Management, Human Resources, Marketing, and Retail Banking. More Photos
Round the Clock Restaurant
The Ross Group was involved with assisting the owners of Round the Clock Family Restaurant in Chesterton, Indiana with site development, design/build, kitchen layout, and the general construction of the building in a Turn-Key approach to land development.
