Community Involvement

The Ross Group, Inc. and its employees are proud of their commitment to their communities and the causes they hold dear.

  • Every year, the Ross N. Pangere Foundation for the Blind, provides two college scholarships to two visual impaired students.
  • For the past 10 years, The Ross Group, Inc. has donated Thanksgiving Day meals to the battered women’s shelter and the homeless shelter.
  • Ross Pangere is a commissioner on the advisory board for Indiana's Vocational Rehabilitation Services, which serves thousands of citizens with disabilities each year through vocational rehabilitation, employment, education and independent living in the community.
  • Company employees donate time and work with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northwest Indiana to help with their mentoring programs.
